Free Return Shipping

We pay return shipping for eligible no-reason returns and exchanges. We also pay return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. We provide a free return label, and no restocking fee is charged.

Condition and Exceptions

Custom products, clearance products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from no-reason returns. These exclusions never limit the remedies available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order ships. After shipment, the order is handled under this return and refund policy.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process the refund within 10 business days after approval; a bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
