Momofuku was founded by chef David Chang, whose kitchen-first curiosity carries into this collection. His broader work includes The Mind of a Chef, Ugly Delicious, and The Next Thing You Eat, and the Momofuku cookbook is a New York Times bestseller.

The Momofuku Test Kitchen creates practical recipes for home cooks, from quick snacks and one-pan meals to dishes for a special occasion. Each one shows how a pantry staple can become the beginning of something new.

Storage and dietary notes

Every item is shelf stable. Once opened, refrigerate Chili Crunch, Mild Garlic Chili Crunch, Black Truffle Chili Crunch, Extra Spicy Chili Crunch, and Liquids products. No product contains added MSG. The range is vegan except for Chili Crunch Hot Honey and Korean BBQ Sauces.
